Milwaukee County Safety-Net Clinic Referral Directory 2021 - The Milwaukee Health Care Partnership’s Safety-Net Clinic Referral Directory serves as a comprehensive inventory of the free and community clinics, community health centers and other safety net providers that serve low-income, uninsured and vulnerable populations in Milwaukee County.
It contains essential information about 60 primary care, dental, mental health and specialty clinics – providing a variety of information including hours, payment practices, languages spoken, and types of clinical services and screenings offered.

Rogers Behavioral Health is a private, not-for-profit provider of specialized mental health and addiction services. Since its opening in 1907, today Rogers offers evidence-based treatment for adults, children, and adolescents with depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, addiction, obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorder.
